Order Cut-Off and Processing Time

All products available on our store are covered by this shipping policy.
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) on business days are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our standard handling time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Transit and Delivery

Once dispatched, your parcel will arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on your delivery address and courier availability. Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday) only, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Window

From the date of purchase to final delivery, the total estimated timeframe is 5-10 business days. This estimate includes both order handling and courier transit time, giving you a clear and reliable delivery expectation.

Shipping Fees and Currency

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
All payments, charges, and refunds are processed exclusively in GBP (£).

Tracking and Couriers

All parcels are shipped via trusted UK courier partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
If your package is delayed or missing beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with tracking or arrange a replacement.
